YES! It sounds exactly like that, Bianca! (In fact, what could the lyric possibly be, if not a reference to the culinary delights offered by a woodwind instrument? I must go to google now and find out...).
Huh. "Now the old boy may be barely breathing"? I suppose rock and roll itself is the "old boy"? That doesn't work so well, in my opinion. I prefer the tasty oboe.
